Otterbine LED Low Voltage Light Systems are energy efficient, versatile and cost effective. These light sets operate a 6.5W bulb that is available in a bright white (5700K) or warm white (3000K) flood lamp, and offer 80% energy savings over traditional MR16 halogen lamps. Manufactured from corrosion resistant thermal plastics our LED light systems for 1-5HP units come in 2, 4, 6 and 8-light configurations, while we offer 8, 12 and 16 light configurations for our 10-25HP Giant Fountain fountain systems. Add lights to your Otterbine to accentuate the pattern and create beautiful displays to be enjoyed after dark.

Below are the Product Specifications for the Fountain Glo Low Voltage LED Light Systems. These light systems operate on 115V in 60Hz and 220V in 50Hz applications; and come with 6.5W bulbs that are available in Bright White (5700K) or Warm White (3000K) flood lamps (see Kelvin Scale). All Light Sets for 1HP-10HP & Fractional Deluxe Units come standard with Cable Quick Disconnect option, options include photocell and colored lenses. Product Installation
The Fountain Glo low voltage LED lighting system is easy to install. Depending on the aeration or fountain system selected, you will be provided mounting brackets to attach the light housings to the float. All light fixtures come fully assembled, so installation simply requires mounting the distribution box to the power unit, attaching the lights to the float with the brackets provided*, and connecting the power. Adjust the angle of the light fixtures for the effect you desire. Complete installation instructions will be found within the installation manual which will be provided with the delivery of the product.

Adding Lights after Initial Aerator/Fountain Purchase:
(multiple options)
Light controls are mounted in their own dedicated power control center. (Seperate enclosure will need to be purchased at time of order; P/N 17-0018.)
If at the time you place the initial aeration/fountain system order you know that lights will be added at a later date, a Custom Power Control Center can be built to include the light controls. (Light system would be purchased at a later date.)
16/2 cable is used for most light systems, for longer cable runs use 12/3 cable.
Light housings can be mounted above or below the surface of the water.
When installing, angle the light housings to best accentuate the pattern.
All LED light systems for 1HP-10HP & Fractional Deluxe units come standard with Cable Quick Disconnect feature.
Colored lenses can easily be ‘snapped’ on and off the light housings without needing to remove the unit from water.
*Fractional Series systems require no brackets as light mounts are built into the float.
Warranty:
The Fountain Glo LED Low Voltage Lights carry a complete 1 year warranty. This warranty extends to the complete package including light housings, cable, and power control center.
Warranty and service can be performed by more than 100 factory trained and certified Otterbine Service Centers found worldwide, or by Otterbine directly. A copy of the warranty statement for this product can be found within the owner’s manual.
Maintenance:
Light fixture is designed for years of dependable service. Periodically clean the bezel glass lens of any debris and check the power cords for any damage. Always disconnect power from the light when performing maintenance.
